Weldments Certification Exam Now Available

A brand new advanced topic certification exam is now available for users to take.  The Advanced Weldments exam is the fifth advanced topic exam offered by SolidWorks Certification.  The new Weldments exam focuses on these key areas of Weldments functionality:

Weldment profile creation

Placing the Weldment profile in the Weldment profile library

Basic and Advanced Weldment Part creation

Weldment corner modification

Placing gaps at corners and segment intersections

End Caps

Gussets

Weldment Part modification

Trim/Extend Command

3D Sketch Creation

Cut List Folder management in the Weldment Part

Cut List creation in the Weldment Drawing

The two hour exam has a minimum passing score of 75% and costs $19.95US.  The exam is available for purchase by visiting the SolidWorks Certification Webstore.

As with the other SolidWorks Certification exams, there is a sample exam which can be found via this LINK.
