Most, if not all of life's serious matters can be settled by voting in an online poll. In fact, hard hitting topics like "Will you buy People magazine with the Brad and Angelina baby pics", and "I would rather be President than win 8 gold medals", are discussed and voted on at this SITE.
So make your voice heard, and realize the impact of your online voting power today. Don't let those big corporate thugs get away with charging more for an issue of People just because Brad Pitt's baby is on the cover, we won't stand for it any longer!

Well, you know... I wasn't going to say anything, for fear of getting pummeled by words, but... I agree that everyone has the right to express their opinion and ask for their voice to be heard on this and any other issue, only I think much damage has already been done by all the bashing and name-calling that's been going on so far. That's the part I really don't agree with. There's no reason for that. No need at all.

Funny a poll and protest online in several circumstances HAS changed things. Look at www.RuinediPhone.com .
No... maybe you are right lets all just quiet down and have other people tell us what we need and want cause we obviously dont know what we need or want.
Democracy is founded on the voice of the people being heard if it takes a poll to have the voices heard then that is what it takes. Don't bash it.
Do you work for SolidWorks? Are you some sort of promotional tool that SW has put in our midst? I know of people in SW that dont Ra Ra the corporate line as much as you do. You finding EVERYTHING sunny and pleasant with SW seems very suspicious.

hmmm, mike, would I catch a hint of sarcasm and mockery here :) - I know voting isn't the best means of moving the ship, but I guess it makes us little people think we can.
I'm so ready for the issue to be over with, but I'm also ready for someone to hear other people's voice, even if it's just a number on a poll.
Would be interesting if all this changed some things don't ya think?
